What time will my room be ready?
Your room is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
By what time do I need to vacate my room on the day of departure?
Rooms must be vacated by 10am. If you book through our website you can arrange a different time; in any case, our luggage storage is at your disposal, so you can enjoy Ischia until the very last minute.
Which services are included in the price?
Outdoor pool with furnished sun terrace, geothermal pool, indoor pool, wellness centre, sauna, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV in the room, on-site parking and reception, with excursion booking and bike, car and scooter hire.
Is an airport transfer service available?
Of course: you can book it together with your stay or by sending us a request. To speed things up, please give us your flight number and your arrival and departure times.
How do I get to the hotel?
From Forio harbour you can walk here, heading towards Lacco Ameno, or take bus line 1 or CD: the stop is right in front of the hotel. From the ports of Ischia and Casamicciola, take line 1 or CS (about 20 minutes; sit on the right-hand side to enjoy the sea views). By car, follow the provincial road towards Forio and enter this address in your satnav: Via S.S. 270 Lacco-Forio, 46, 80075 Forio (NA).
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes: breakfast buffet, plus lunch and dinner with a choice of three menus, on half board or full board. There is also a bar and a snack bar.
What does the wellness centre offer?
Sauna with halotherapy, hydromassage pool, sensory shower, massage room and relaxation lounge: ideal for recharging your batteries. It is open every day from 9am to 12pm and from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
How far is the beach?
Very close: the nearest beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Chiaia is a beach of fine sand sheltered by a reef, with beach clubs and plenty of free space; a little further on there is also a rocky shore with a platform equipped with parasols and sunloungers.
Can I bring my four-legged friend?
Of course: we welcome small, well-behaved pets. The supplement is € 5 per day, food included.
Do you have a bar or a snack bar?
We have both. The bar is open from 10:30am until evening; the snack bar from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, with snacks, salads, bruschetta and, à la carte, pasta and main courses.
Where can I park my car or motorbike?
The hotel has on-site parking, free for all guests.
